I ended up losing 20. It was like 27 pounds or something like that throughout the program. The three rounds that I did was crazy. And then from there, I became a coach. And from there, I started doing Facebook lives. And from there, I started gaining confidence. And from there, I decided I was going to host my high school reunion. And from there, that's what got me on live video.

And. And because I was trying to stay connected with my high school buddies and the people that I hosted the reunion for. And from there, a physical therapist found me online. And from there, smart successpt started. And from there, SSPT Live started, and from there, SSHC started. And everything we have today, it started from January 1st. It just happened to be 11 years ago. Got it.

Happy 2025. I want to challenge you. Yeah. We're going to do Mission Invincible. We actually decided recently as a team that if we want you guys to have an amazing year, we need to start. Forget about the business models, forget about this, forget about AI, Just forget about all that right now. The first thing that we need to start with is you. And I know that.
Greg Todd [00:01:51]:
I know you want to be better. I know you want to have an amazing year, and I know that, you know, deep down, it starts with you taking ownership. This is actually our first commandment that we talk about as a team every single Monday. And that is take ownership. Take ownership of yourself. And if we can make you invincible, then the other things, the business models, this. That all the other things can start to happen. But we got to start with you.
Greg Todd [00:02:21]:
So we decided to do Mission Invincible, not Mission Impossible. Mission invincible. And starting January 8th, all the way until the 19th, we are going to be doing 12 days of these small, little efforts that are going to yield big results. You know, I've heard one of my mentors say, small efforts yield big results. That is what wealth looks like when small efforts yield big results. He said poverty is when big efforts yield small results. Ooh, ain't it crazy? And I believe these small, little activities that we're gonna have you do is going to build these massive future results, and that is going to build your confidence, and it's going to show you that you can do little things day after day after day. Now, this is not going to be some 75 hard challenge.
Greg Todd [00:03:17]:
It's not going to be an SSHC boot camp. This is just little things that you're going to do day in and day out. And so I want to talk about those things now. Now we're also doing our Invincible challenge. That's our five day business challenge. And we're kind of going to use this to lead up to the Invincible challenge. So you can be a part of that. You don't have to be a part of part of that, but we'd love for you to.
Greg Todd [00:03:39]:
And that's going to be January 20th to the 24th. But I know this, some of you need that, some of you don't. Some of you already have those business models in play. And, and, but I know that every single one of you need to work on yourself. So here's what we're going to do. All right? We're going to start this on Wednesday, January 8th. And every single day it's going to be one different thing. Okay? So here's what it's going to look like.

All right, so on the first day, we're, we're going to get you to start to journal. It's a gratitude journal. And here's all I want you to do on day one. Okay? And don't worry, I'm gonna have a calendar for you. We are gonna actually have a Facebook group. And in the Facebook group, it's gonna tell you what we're doing every single day. If you want us to send you text reminders or you want us to send you email reminders of what you need to do every day, we can do that as well. And what we're gonna do is we'll have a way to kind of keep ourselves accountable inside of the group.
Greg Todd [00:04:30]:
All right? So here's what I wanna do on the first day. So the first day we're going to do gratitude. So we're going to start off the year, we're going to start off this challenge in gratitude. Three things that you are grateful for for that day. That's it. That's what you're going to do on January 8th. Okay? January 9th, I want you walking, I want you moving. Okay? So 20 minutes of a walk, that's going to be the challenge for that day.
Greg Todd [00:04:53]:
Okay. If you choose to accept. All right, so that'll be your January 9th Mission Invincible Challenge. All right, January 10th, we're going to do a digital detox. Digital detox is you are going to go one hour of no screens. Okay? You just got to decide when you're going to do, but from when you get up. It's something that, for those of you that follow me on social, you know that I now have put in a habit of one hour of no screen. From the minute I get up in the morning, I cannot touch my phone for one hour.
Greg Todd [00:05:24]:
We're going to do that for one day. Read it. On January 10th, January 11th, we're doing a hydration challenge. Here's how it's going to work. We're going to take whatever your body weight is, half your body weight in ounces, you're going to drink that of water for that day, okay? Like, I'm hoping that these habits build upon each other, but I just want you to start to feel like what these different things can feel like to your body over time. It's going to be awesome. All right, so first day, the gratitude journal. Three gratitude things.
Greg Todd [00:05:53]:
The second day, daily walk. Third day, the digital detox. The fourth day is going to be the hydration challenge. Okay. On January 12th, going to do random act of kindness. So you are going to do something for a random stranger. Okay. Whether that is pay for their coffee.
Greg Todd [00:06:06]:
That is, you know, maybe text somebody. That is just. Just saying something nice to someone. Okay. And I know that's going to push you out of your comfort zone. All right? But we're going to do that on January 12th. All right? January 13th. January 13th, we're going to do a declutter.
Greg Todd [00:06:22]:
You're going to take an area, whether that is in your bedroom, that's an office in your house. Maybe it's your area where you do your notes for treatments or whatnot. And we are going to declutter that area. That's what we're going to be doing on the 13th. Okay. On the 14th, you are going to spend 20 minutes in learning something totally new, something that you have not learned before. Okay? It could be. Could be anything.
Greg Todd [00:06:44]:
Can be financial principles, it could be this, it could be that. Okay? It could be a totally different hobby. You're going to learn something new. You're going to allocate 20 minutes to that on January 13th. All right? Or I'm sorry, on January 14th. Okay. January 15th, we're gonna do healthy eating. So here's what we're gonna do.
Greg Todd [00:07:01]:
We are going to add one to two additional servings of either fruits or veggies to whatever it is that you're eating that day. Okay? That's what we're gonna do on January 15th. All right? January 16th, you are going to reconnect with Someone. Okay, so what does that look like? I'm gonna have you go through your phone and someone that you have not talked to in a very long time, going to have you reach out to them. Hey, what's up? Just thinking of you. Da da da da da. And just say something really nice and you're going to reconnect. Okay? January 17th, January 17th, we're going to reflect and journal.
Greg Todd [00:07:37]:
You're going to reflect on something that has happened to you maybe since you started the challenge, maybe the prior day, maybe the prior morning. And you are going to journal and start to write those things down. Okay, January 18th, we're going to practice mindfulness. You are going to spend five to 10 minutes deep breathing, centering yourself, learning how to calm your mind. Okay? And we're going to do that on January 18th. And then January 19th, you are going to do a review and you are going to plan ahead. For those of you that will be moving into the challenge, the Invincible Challenge, the five day challenge that we're going to do, we'll be doing that the 20th to the 24th. You'll be planning ahead.
Greg Todd [00:08:14]:
For the rest of you, you'll just be reviewing what you did over those two weeks. I just feel like, I just feel like, you know, why go against nature? Like, I know for me, I'm even feeling it just like, gosh, man, you know, it's a new year. And yes, I know it sounds cheesy and corny, new year, new you, but man, it's so real. It's like everybody wants better. But I think sometimes, sometimes we try to bite off more than we can chew, you know, so let's make it small. Small things will lead to big results. Okay? And that's what we want to do. And let's start with you.

I'm so big on this because for me it was in 2013, where actually 2014, right, where my life really, really, really changed for the better. Like really changed for the better.

And without 2014, January 1st, I don't think I'm talking to you today. I don't think this whole mission exists. January 1, 2014 was probably just a little bit over 200 pounds. I'm a small guy. I was not healthy. I was struggling with neurological issues, struggling with the seizures and all this other stuff. And I read this book by Charles Duhigg called the Power of Habit. And I was reading it going into the new year, but I said, you know what? Like I, I had a desire, like I wanted my life to be different.
Greg Todd [00:10:14]:
And Yes, I used January 1st as a date. And, and, and, and I did. And I ended up doing P90X3 is what they call it, or P P3090X. I can't remember. But anyways, it wasn't the P90X like that was a long, long one with Tony Horton. It was a 30 minute one. And it got me going. And after 30 days, I didn't lose a damn pound.
Greg Todd [00:10:37]:
I didn't lose anything. But then it led me to, it led me to believing in myself again, like I can commit to something. And then I started doing 21 Day Fix. And from 21 Day Fix, it led me to doing another round. And I lost seven pounds the first time. I think like eight or seven pounds. And I lost like nine pounds the second time and six pounds the third time or something. I ended up losing 20 pounds.
